Dear Amazon Customer Service Team,
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent purchase I made on your platform. On[protected], I ordered HP laptop for 88990 rs withou any discount. However, to my dismay, I noticed that the price of the same laptop has been reduced to almost Rs 3000 shortly after the delivery done.
As a loyal prime customer, I am troubled by this significant price drop immediately after my purchase delivered. It feels unfair and disappointing to see such a drastic reduction in price so soon after I made my purchase not even got 100rs cashback.
I kindly request that Amazon investigate this matter and provide an explanation for the price reduction. Additionally, I would appreciate a refund or compensation for the price difference.
Secondly, laptop is not turning on from the day one really disappointed therefore, I have reached out to excutives and tried for replacement but executives are not accepted and mentioning we are just medium suggesting bla bla answers. As a valuable customer to you, need to be taken care from your side if all these happens then can buy offline shopping.
Going forward I wont suggest to buy and posting consumer forum and all social media platform.
