Amazon India — Late delivery wit prime account-fake product delivered-refund is taking more than 2 months

Address:India, Sangli, Maharashtra

My order no- ORDER #[protected]. received broken piece- not getting refund after 45 days. With prime account I am getting my order in 30 days. Received fake product for ORDER #[protected] not getting refund. I have called 15 times still no resolution . Customer service people are providing false also information
