[Resolved] Amazon India — Lava A76 | |||||
I ordered a mobile from Amazon on 13th of October for which i paid in advance using Net Banking and the products expected delivery date was scheduled for 1st November which was pretty late so on 19th of October I cancelled that order and placed similar order using cash on delivery. After that I received the later product (the one i ordered on 19th) on 22nd October which turned out to be faulty, so i contacted them for refund but they were not ready to accept that their product is faulty they insisted that the mobile phone is working fine just because their so called SMRTCHK App said so, after a lot of requesting they agreed to replace the product and not refund my money as it is not in their policy. After that on 23rd of October they picked up my phone for replacement which i didn’t want and they are still saying that the product can’t be delivered before 1st November. I have been waiting for 10–14 days they've taken twice the money form me and I still don’t have a product and they expect me to wait for 1 more week even their so called customer care executives are not talking properly and not helping me. Oct 27, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved After all that i went through Amazon finally helped me and solved my issue.
