I have ordered a laptop from aws app and placed 3 order of the same laptop.
Out of then 2 orders were not placed successful due to payment issue and last order was successful placed..
After that i have directly call to customer service to ensure 3 rd order placed and i get laptop without any issue. The guy from aws also agreed that it was placed and the order will be delivered by xx day.
As of sudden when i was checking order in app, the order was not showing and when i called to aws, they asked your order cancelled..
How is it possible when app was showing everything till 2 days and as of sudden it's cancelled..
After taking follow-up 5 times, i am not getting any useful responce from aws team and even few days teaching me wrong things.
This is really not acceptable from aws because i have placed order with the trust and that time i was getting the laptop from other apps as well and not i have lost my extra money as well.
Really wrost experience i have ever got...

I just want this laptop in any way...
