I am writing to raise serious concerns regarding the Lenovo laptop I purchased via Amazon (Order No:[protected], Order Date: 15th January 2025).

Since the time of purchase, I have encountered several critical issues that indicate potential discrepancies in the product's authenticity and condition:

Warranty Discrepancy:
The warranty period reflected on the Lenovo website is significantly shorter than expected for a new device. This raises concerns that the product may have been previously used or refurbished, despite being sold as new.

Operating System & Microsoft Office Malfunction:
I am unable to access essential system files, and Microsoft Office is not functioning as intended. These issues are severely impacting my ability to perform important work tasks.

Service Center Refusal:
When I visited an authorised Lenovo service centre, I was informed that the device lacks a valid official operating system. Consequently, they denied service and advised me to contact the seller directly.

I am extremely disappointed to face such issues despite having paid the full amount for a brand-new device. I chose Lenovo based on its global reputation for quality and reliability, and this experience has been both frustrating and disruptive to my professional commitments.

I request your urgent intervention to:

Clarify and correct the warranty status associated with the laptop.

Verify the legitimacy of the pre-installed operating system and Microsoft Office license, and take corrective measures if needed.

Provide immediate technical support to resolve the system and software issues affecting the device.

This situation is significantly affecting my productivity, and I expect Lenovo to treat it with the urgency and seriousness it warrants.
