Amazon India — Lenovo zuk z1not showing as booked | |||
Registered on 26/May/2016 . Participated in flash sale .Added the phone to my cart on 02/June/2016 . But after sometime the phone vanished from the cart . Emailed and Telephoned the Amazon team . No positive response .They agreed about the technical glitch . I had to gift the phone to my daughter by 05/ June/2016 .They are not ready to co-operate .The customer care disconnects the line as if they are fed up . Amazon India is difficult to deal with .
