I have ordered an LG ac inverter on 26th March 2022. It was supposed to be delivered on 2nd April but I have not received any update regarding my order yet from blue dart or from your side regarding my order and whenever I have tried reaching you guys you just say sorry for the inconveniences we will escalate your query and you will recieve an update in 48 hours but I have not received any update. Now, it's my sister's wedding next week and I have ordered my ac for her and on 4th, I have requested to cancel the order as I have not received it, It is 6th April today and I have not received any update about cancellation and my refund too. You guys are playing with my patience I have been a prime customer of yours and the way you guys are treating me and always making false promises is pathetic. Give me the update as soon as possible or else I have to take legal action against you. I am fed up with you guys. This is totally unacceptable.
