Amazon India — Locked account still not investigated and resumed by Amazon since 3 months

I am Jayashri Deshmukh, Amazon Prime Member.
My account details are as follows,

My concern is, My mobile number which was [protected] was discontinued by the service provider due to the fact that I was not using it for a long time. After discontinuation, this number is assigned to another unknown person. So the person who has this number ([protected]) is currently using my account. I observed it when I saw that an unknown order had been placed from this account which was not placed by me. Also my account password has been changed. Also a new address has been added to that account.
I escalated this issue with the Amazon Customer Care accounts division, they currently blocked and deactivated my account and said that there will be an investigation by the investigation team and within 3 days you will get the link on my mail ID. And from that mail ID I can resume my account.
But there are 3 month passed, I am continuously escalation this issue since 3 month but I dont get resolution till now. Everytime Amazon customer care told me the same thing that you will get a link, you will get a link. But nothing has been done till date.And I am fed up with this issue.As I am a Prime member I have been treated like that? Since 3 months I am unable to use the Prime Service.
Such a disgusting service by Amazon. Unexpected! Shameful!
A multibillionaire company is unable to solve my problem since 3 months. Such a shame.
I am requesting you to escalate this issue and solve it at the earliest.
