The incident happened today[protected] So, the first thing i faced during the delivery was the delivery guy was not carrying any card payment machine but at the time of ordering it was clearly mentioned debit/credit card mode is available. Second and the main thing was i ordered for two products one shampoo and one conditioner both was packed in a plastic into a box in a very badly manner. The shampoo was spread all over the plastic as well as the bottle.. It was a horrible experience to see a costly product like this manner. I usually never had such experience from all the other e-commerce companies. Amazon, a renowned one is doing this kind of blunder is such unexpected one. I want a return of this product as soon as possible. I am attaching some photo copies of the product. Jun 26, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved I had to wait for a day for my refund procedure..though I had to call them several times but satisfied somehow with the assistance they provided since yesterday..I got the refund in my bank account within a day so I feel the procedure was good and fast as well. Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||||
