Amazon India — louis stitch brown men's wallet/paid amount not refunded

I have purchased a wallet from amazon which has amount 1295 rs and once i have received the product then i found product having very bad quality based on price.
Basically it was not looking bad but not worth as per price, so i have initiated request for return of the product.
This wallet was covered with 30days replacement. First think that amazon person is not at all coming in my pickup point to collect the product, and later on i have called to amazon to send the person to collect the product. But amazon is saying now i have return another wallet or wrong item. Because of that i want to raise complaint to amazon as they are doing fraud with us.
I have returned correct product to them. I have attached product purchase bills and message. Product name: louis stitch brown men's wallet
