We have placed an order[protected] with Amazon on 12th May'18 for Red Tape Formal Shoes and paid 1120 amount, which got delivered next day on 13th May.

While opening the box, we didn't like the shoes much as there is a shoe size issue so we placed a request same for return/refund but we didn't get anyone to get the order picked up till 16th May. Then i cancelled that request and raise another return/refund request scheduled for 17th May'18 but no response from Amazon .
On 17th, i called customer service and explained the scenario, where we were advised and confirmed that on 18th by 18:00 order will be picked up to process our return/refund but that didn't happen.

So Finallly i am logging this complain against this online shopping website .

    As today, i've made a payment on haptik thru amazon.in of 3997 ₹ airtel isd pack, as payment was not not processed successfully, but money was deducted from amazon.in account.

    The problem is, my uncle is out india, and he need a urgent isd pack.
    As my money is still not refunded yet.

    Im requesting you to tell amazon to process my refund urgent.

    And i've to do it urgent, please understand my concern and refund urgent..

      There was a fraudlent transaction on my kora credit card on 17th may'18 at 11.09 pm through amazon. I received an sms from kotak amount of rs. 6745.43 has been debited from my credit card for amazon prime membership. I don't know how it happened but i want my money back as soon as possible. Either i will go at certain extent to get my money back.

      I got a call from the delivery boy at 12:41pm saying he's standing nearby the address I had given, so instructed him to come to the address.
      When I went to receive the product, I was highly disappointed by his behavior and his tone of talking.
      Please keep in mind not to hire such people in the company!

        How you people debit customer credit card without his knowledge or inform to customer, amazon two time debit my credit card account without my knowledge its miss use of customer card without his confirmation for that transaction. Its very horrable you people directly debit customer account without his knowledge its robbary in customer account. I didnt use your kindle single time in previous month and you people debit my account regularly. I think need to excelate this matter to upper level.
        And here i n amazon app there is no option to close kindle membership. So kindly cancel my kindle membership and return back my money which robbed by amazon.

        But I was getting it for 87000

          I ordered a at&t seb50 dual-driver ear phone on 15feb2018. But i'm not satisfy with the product. I place r refund. Amazon send a pick up boy and take the ear phone. And mark the order "replacement completed".
          But i still not refund my money. When i call customer care they say it is not possible to refund your money. I asked why they say we received another item from you.
          So i need to take a action. Please give some positive result.

            Hi amazon india team,

            I had placed order for Cello Novelty Big Cupboard - Red and Blue on 14 May 2018 and order number is ORDER #[protected] During the sale i had got the phone for 3, 734.00/- rs (After Some more discount it will be 3434 Rs).

            The he expected delivery date was 18 May 2018

            All of a sudden i got a message that "Your package with Cello Novelty Big Cupboard - Red and Blue could not be delivered. The package is being returned to the seller. www.amazon.in/track". I don't understand how can such a big retailer can just go ahead and cancel the order without any confirmation from the customer at all. When i spoke with the customer care they told me that there is nothing that can be done now and kindly re order the phone. Now i am under loss of 800/- rs approx if i have to place order again. I feel is not a petty order to be cancelled right away.

            I kindly request you to look into this on priority and resolve the issue by trying to re deliver the order.

            Let me know if you need any other details. Looking for a positive response from your end.

            Also i am frequent customer of amazon india, but truly first time i am feeling cheated by amazon india

              Order no [protected] of boat headphones already cancelled on 11.05.2018 and request sent to credited amount into my bank account. But no credited amount into the bank nor delivered item to me.. And send sms as item is delivered. No contact to me by the delivery boy even me as on 16.04
              2018.. Why delivered to someone? I am completing for refund money hereby.. Please credited money into my bank account.. Where item is already cancelled as well as not received to me..

                I ordered faber castell graphic sketch set past a week and got it 3-4 days ago but till now i have not received cashback that it claimed to be received on payment through amazon pay balance. I paid the sum through amazon pay balance and order amount was of more than rs.250, so legitimately i must have received rs.50 cashback in my amazon pay balance.

                  My order tracking id [protected] and [protected] have not been picked up by bluedart courier service barnala yet. What to do? Really upset. I got the wrong items delivered by amazon which i firstly wanted to replace. I ordered pink coloured skate helmet set but i received orangecolour. When i replaced it with a complain, strangely i got orange colour again. Same with the skates. I ordered medim size pink skates for my 5 year old daughter and sadely i got large size. Now i want to return both the items..

                    I ordered three books from Amazon (ORDER #[protected]. The delivery boy called up today and asked me to come to a place convenient to him to take delivery and refused to deliver the parcel at home. When I insisted for home delivery he refused rudely. When I told him that I will complain against this, he was least bothered and did not deliver the parcel. Does Amazon expect to succeed in Indian market with such casual attitude and unacceptable customer service?I hope you take immediate corrective action otherwise I will be forced to take all steps ( including approaching District consumer forum) to protect my interest as a consumer.

                        My self chethan, i transferred my amount of rs 14900/- from slicepay to amazon gift card. But i dont no why this company is blocked my account. And i subitted my bank account details and address everything and also they bare not responding, i am suffering from 1 month with this, kindly unblock my account. Because they dont have any rights to block to my personal amount.

I received the package on 15/5/2018 after paying cash for two items rs355, (Rs135 for each piece plus transport charges), but the package contained only one piece.

                            I ordered samsung on7 prime (Gold, 4gb + 64 gb) and i got delivery of products on 14th may. When i opened that packet i found that there was wrong product. Instead of samsung phone there is some cheap zen phone.
                            On closely inspecting the package i found that packet is tampered and someone seal the tampered area with amazon tape in way that no one could found breach from outside. Please check the attached pictures.
                            Please that action on urgent basis.

                                Complaint summary:
                                Closed my account because i used my cousin credit card.
                                My cousin doesn't have any objection, nor the banks has any objection.
                                There was a legitimate reason to do that purchase through his card as he didn't have an amazon account and we needed to purchase the laptop on urgent.
                                Still the account was closed and my 8000 rupees of amazon pay money is not payed back.
                                Above all they dont even have a courtesy to respond to emails and complaint send to them. Even my brother dropped an email and they don't acknowledge it.

                                Details:
                                On 29th april 2018, i purchased a laptop for brother using his visa card details
                                There were two transaction performed by me, the first one failed but the second one was successful.

                                But due to payment failure, my account was locked for 2 weeks.

                                The account specialist team requested for documents that showcase the card holders name and card details, accordingly i shared all the requested document to convey that it isn't any fraud but a legitimate transaction

                                To maintain the priority of my request, i ensured that frequent followup emails and calls are done. They used to send a mechanical email which provided timeline of 24hrs. But never really replied and address the issue within the committed time.

                                Later after 7 to 8 days the documents of review of my documents, the account specialist informed that my account is closed and i wouldn't be able to create any amazon account in future.

                                My thoughts:
                                It seems there is a fraud or scam, amazon locking and closing down accounts. And especially user with amazon pay money in their account.
                                There is even a hashtag in twitter #amazonclosed.
                                Also found another complaint in this site of the same kind.
                                Not sure why is amazon doing this?
                                Is account specialist team that final authorized persons for amazon?
                                Isnt there any other parallel channels that can challenge any decisions made by specialist team?

                                  Im Dhaarini and I have returned Zebronics Headphone - 2 quantity worth Rs.470 on April 27 and have returned Kuber bag - 1 quantity worth Rs.325 on April 28 but still I have not received my refund amount of Rs.795 on my Canara bank account ...its been about 20 days over and I have called amazon customer care about 4 times...when can I expect my money ₹795 to be reflected in my account ?

                                    I always thought amazon was trustable in online purchase... How could a reputed american based company has such careless issues in purchase.
                                    I ordered for a captain america printed vivo v9case for my phone... And i got a transparent normal vivo v9 rubber case worth 50rs ... Am i a fool in spending 300rs on a normal phone pouch like this... Never again would i choose amazon... I need my refund asap.

                                      I had placed pantry order that was to be delivered on May 13th (ORDER #[protected]. Since the order is not delivered I have called customer care thrice. When I called for the third time, the customer care executive offered me to process the return as he is not able to see tracking details. This is simply unprofessional because i had got the tracking details through SMS. If you guys didnt have the ability to deliver products, why do you accept the order? Please don't act as a bunch of liers as this is the second consecutive time I have faced the similar issue.It has simplfy wasted my three days when I could have simply ordered through some other trustworthy website. Anyways, I dont believe you guys really care, but just thought I should atleast do my bit.
