I have wrongly send 1 courier on 2.5.2016 to amazon seller service pvt. Ltd, sy no 38/2 &39, soukya road, kachrkanahalli, hoskote taluk, bangalore-560 067. To this adress. After a continous folloup i am not getting any reply from amazon regarding return of product or refund. Please help in this matter. I have called to amazon 100 a times but after 2 years of span their 1 week, 24 hours, 48 hours time given to me to resolve complaint is not yet completed. They are making me fool that wait for that much time sop and so but result is zero.
Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
