Amazon India — Medicines sold on amazon pharmacy are not geniune

order placed on amazon pharmacy.
order number[protected] delivered on 15 feb.
there are 2 medicines
1. lipi ez 40
2. nurokind d3
the batch number printed on invoice is different from the batch number printed on medicine label.
i think the medicines are not genuine.
i contacted amazon customer care on 15 feb, i was told that i will receive new invoice of new batch number on my registered email, but till now i haven't received any email.
so i think medicines are not genuine.
i want amazon to send me invoice so that i can verify the medicines with the manufacturer about its authenticity.
this is serious issue about medicines, amazon should take it seriously

why delay in invoice, there is a big question authenticity of medicines.
so i dont want to take risk by taking medicines.
pls take back medicines & issue me refund
