I had ordered a microwave bowl set and received it on the evening on 8th June. The product was different from the images. Nothing was right. The colour was different and even the sizes were wrong. Plus there was one bowl which was out of shape. I had returned it immediately the next day.
When I contacted customer service they said that the seller says this is not the product they sent and that an investigation will commence.
Today when I called them again they said investigation is done and that I have returned some other product and they cannot give me my refund.
The Amazon site show that you haven't received the item yet but they claim they received some other product.
They are treating me like some theif after they have stolen my money and are refusing to give it back.
I am not a fault and they are trying to take away my money. Please help me get it back
