Amazon India — miss behavior of delivery boy

The delivery boy of my city (Pin 244412 chandausi, district sambhal, uttar pradesh) made me much disappointed.
●when he came to deliver my product, his way of talking and attitude was so rude. He misguided to me about amazon services.
●he said to me that make an id on amazon pay otherwise from next time he didnot delivered my product.
●i have call recording on which he missbehave and missguide me about product.
Next time again he misbehave with me in front of my neighbours.
●i had complain this issue to amazon customer service but no action taken.
●i saved his contact number and some call recording.
I wish to change the delivery boy for my area or for me.
●i don't know his name but his contact no. Is [protected]

Plz try to improve on it.
