Amazon India — missing accessories in iphone package

I had ordered iphone se 32 gb from amazon india. The product was delivered today, but the charging cable and sim removing pin are missing. I chatted with amazon representative for a return, but they are saying that they cannot do so. They are advising me to order the missing products separately, send them the receipt and after that they will send a refund. This is horrible service, since i received an incomplete order, i expect them to provide what they promised. I am expecting a return of the product with a full refund.
