Amazon India — missing birthday message from gift

I ordered gun island book (Order no:[protected] on 28th june 2019 and included birthday message with it under gift option. Book reached on 1st july 2019 but b'day message which i included in gift option is nowhere on book and no b'day card given along with it. This book is present for my sister so please give b'day card.
