I have already made complaint regarding missing phone from parcel. But after taking one week time Amazon failed to provide satisfactory response. And this is really surprising that instead of takings strong action against this mischief Amazon is telling me that they have delivered the product. I am sure no investigation has been done Anyway I have gone out of the protocol to record footage from my office when opening the packet. Please go through the video link and respond on urgent.

I recommend either you take the action, send me replacement and file a police FIR against the delivery partner/channel. We cannot afford to loose a penny due to Amazon's negligence.
