Yesterday I've placed an order on amazon worth rs 2502.

Order delivery scheduled for 4-6pm today i.e. on 11 aug, 2022.
When delivery boy came to deliver the order, he forgot to keep more than half of the order.
When he tried to call more department, their mangaer deliberately said to him and me that items are out of stock currently. But in reality all the items are available till now on amazon to buy.
Now here, amazon is giving false information and providing bad services whenever I've order from more, because we I've no any option of store to select.
Still amazon backing up more store despite customer problems.
So I've a time from requested rider till 6pm for further action.
Surprisingly, when I tried to call him, his number is invalid.
So i had to go for customer care then, customer care asked me to wait for another 15 days so that they could investigate it further.
So i had to skipped that option too.
Finally i went for more customer care,
After calling their staff was totally rude, don't care about their customer at all. He said to me we have lots of delivery to be handled now. We can't help you further.
Now here again, it's the customer who has to face all such problems because big company like Amazon never fulfills customer demand.
Shame on you guys for disturbing a customer without any cause.
Moreover MORE STORE should be removed from Amazon so that customer will gets a better service and benefits.
Now due to this, I've lost money and time that's I've written my complaint here.
Even as of today, i cannot reorder same items at same rate.
So my Overall experience was horrible and disturbing where everyone talked to me rudely, and took my money for no reason.
So i request you to raise my problem so that I could get my full refund back. As i don't need their remaining order. As they have sent me only 900rs order out of 2500rs order.
