Amazon India — Missing items issue, need full refund

Yesterday I've placed an order on amazon worth rs 2502.

Order delivery scheduled for 4-6pm today i.e. on 11 aug, 2022.

When delivery boy came to deliver the order, he forgot to keep more than half of the order.

When he tried to call more department, their mangaer deliberately said to him and me that items are out of stock currently. But in reality all the items are available till now on amazon to buy.

Now here, amazon is giving false information and providing bad services whenever I've order from more, because we I've no any option of store to select.
Still amazon backing up more store despite customer problems.

So I've a time from requested rider till 6pm for further action.

Surprisingly, when I tried to call him, his number is invalid.

So i had to go for customer care then, customer care asked me to wait for another 15 days so that they could investigate it further.

So i had to skipped that option too.

Finally i went for more customer care,
After calling their staff was totally rude, don't care about their customer at all. He said to me we have lots of delivery to be handled now. We can't help you further.

Now here again, it's the customer who has to face all such problems because big company like Amazon never fulfills customer demand.

Shame on you guys for disturbing a customer without any cause.

Moreover MORE STORE should be removed from Amazon so that customer will gets a better service and benefits.

Now due to this, I've lost money and time that's I've written my complaint here.

Even as of today, i cannot reorder same items at same rate.

So my Overall experience was horrible and disturbing where everyone talked to me rudely, and took my money for no reason.

So i request you to raise my problem so that I could get my full refund back. As i don't need their remaining order. As they have sent me only 900rs order out of 2500rs order.

Note: Kindly Take Back Your Order And Refund The Money At Earliest.

See The Cruelty of Amazon. They blocked my account deliberately even they knew that customer has done nothing wrong.. it's amazon actually who harrassed me completely, it's more who had wasted my time over phone call, even though i have lots of audio recording regarding the same that I was tried hard for my missing items or for refund. But unfortunately ended up I'm the bad person only over everything what they had did to me deliberately. Amazon should be banned after giving me horrible time.
I'm completely heart broken now.

Due to more mega store, I've lost around 2000/- as amazon deliberately without knowing the fact closed my account with having a balance of 300/-. You may show in below image. All of sudden, I've became a culprit to amazon and more mega store, and in reality im a victim. Which nobody wanna hear the fact. All they trusted in their partner.. i have an audio recording of more mega store also tried to amazon customer care where ihave mentioned my concern in details but they offered me a 3 days of waiting.

Amazon is still putting accusations on me of requesting for refund. You tell if you have paid in advance and you don't get your goods then what will you do then? You will complaint then, right?
So i did the same way, in return amazon has blocked my account in which 300rs wallet balance was there, also prime membership which they going to be charged 1499 for their membership in next week..

And as customer i cannot open my account as they are being putting wrong accusations.

Moreover I've received rest of my order today by more mega store after I've filed a complaint.

So I've shared my whole incident regarding yesterday shopping experience which should be minimised by amazon itself by taking upfront decision in favour of customer.

As expected, this is India meri Jaan. Innocent ones going to be suffered by everyone no matter what. India known as for corruption under every political leaders.

It's common man who faces lots of trouble because he raised his voice in front of powerful company.

India ia definitely a not good place because of these companies out there which acts like east india company.

No one is listening to victim part, every one wants to hear crispy stories with suspense. No one is keen interested to know the facts.

Note: I've Received Rest Of My Order Today's Morning Around 9 Am.

Due More Mega Store, I've Lost Access To My Amazon Prime Account, I Have Lost 300rs Balance Too. Because I Had Requested Amazon For A Refund.

And Their Account Specialist Made a Final Decision Of Blocking My Account Even After Hearing Or Ignored My All Written Concern.

Account Specialist Be Like He Is The King Of Amazon Where He Can Do All The Injustice To Every Customer. That's Why He Is Not Reinstating My Account After Requesting Him Several Times.

So According To This,

Corruption Is Winning Every Time No Matter What Prime Minister Take Steps To Minimise.

If My Account Is Banned Because I Have Requested For Return.

Then More Mega Store Should Also Be Banned Because They Have Given Me A Hell Of a Nightmare.

And Im Damn Sure No Body Will Be Interested To Ban More Mega Store Or Even Thinking Of Banning Amazon.

Lalach Ke Aage Kiski Chali Hai,
Amazon Hai Toh Bahar Ki Company Na Matlab Firangi Jo Ki Rule Kar Rahi Hai India PE.

According to me,
India Enjoys The Freedom Every Year.
In Reality People of India are being suffering from many injustice. Those are doing the injustice should also be called firangi.

India Is Proud Country, But People In India Should Not Proud Of Themselves By Being A Human Being.
