Amazon India — missing parts for the product ordered

Received the product on 07/11/2018 with missing part, paid rs.1080.00 and after a while applied for return as i realised the matter on 08/11/2018 between 1.00pm-7pm which was initiated for which i received message on 08/11/2018, but again received a message from phone no[protected] that my pickup has been cancelled, this is ridiculous. I want to return the defective product for which i paid money but i am illegalily not allowed to do so. Kindly take drastic action and resolve the issue as early as possible.
