Amazon India — missing some part of product

we purchased Gala Spin mop with easy wheels and bucket for magic 360 degree cleaning on Tuesday 28 April 2015.. order id of that product was #[protected].. but we didn't get mop head.. we are unable to use that without the mop head.. please provide us that mop head as soon as possible..
