I had ordered a phone under 7 days replacement warranty, the phone found faulty and when complained, Amazon said, technician will visit, he came he formatted the phone, again same problem and again tech person visited, this time he said, there is a problem, but Amazon said, the phone. And can't be replaced. After all the harassment, finally I managed to reach higher authority on escalation desk, from whr I received a call from Akshata, she again forcefully convinced the only way to help is to replace the phone, I have to agree, thinking about the only option. But again, she vanished, the replacement never happened and the phone never delivered, no response on email too.
I now want a refund, Amazon is not bothered about 20yr customer relationship, now I am scared to take a replacement, because if the phone is Faulty, have to go through all the things again.
It is very hard, to keep calling Customer care, sending emails and keep checking the status, I. Without a phone, my work is suffering and when the Amazon technician formatted the phone, my important data was too erased forever .
Now I will never use Amazon again for anything, if I don't get a refund.
Amazon should pay penalty for the harassment too.
