Amazon India — Mobile phone not delivered intime

Address:flat no 304,sree sakthi arcade, aleap road ,pragathi nagar

This is nagaraju from hyderabad, my mobile no [protected].I ordered ONE PLUS NORD 2T mobile on 18/08/2022.Same day delivery to be done dy amazon but they are not delivered till to this date 22/08/2022 and they are not responding because please initiate my complaint and solve my issue as early as possible.
