[Resolved] Amazon India — mobile phone return | |||
I have purchased on 1st october 2019 for a mobile phone with order id[protected] and paid total rs 13019.10 (Credit card swiped for rs9819.10 plus rs 3200 for old mobile exchanged) I found the product delivered on 2nd october was having manufacturing defect with scratches on front panel and a bubble and dent in back panel so requested for replacement with new mobile phone. New phone was delivered on 11th oct 2019 and found defective again, i have showed the liquid below the wrapper of display with bubble dent in back panel with dent in sim card hole to the delivery agent but he denied to take the product. I have called up customer care to report the issue to their escalation team they recommended to return the product and full refund will be done but now they are denying to refund my amount. I have not used product and they appointed a technician to visit my home for inspection on 12th oct 2019 who has submitted false report saying phone is working fine without even visiting my home to complete inspection. All these issue has been reported to amazon escalation team but they are not taking return of the faulty defective product and they are not refunding the amount i have paid. I have the un-boxed mobile, please help me getting my refund amount and returning the product. Was this information helpful? | |||
