Each and everytime amazon keeps changing return procedures. The very next a battery issue and auto on/off was been detected. I was then appointed with a engineer to diagnose my device... Device successfully diagnosed! Hardware issues found but nothing further acknowledgement from amazon. Now amazon says we cant take it back as the return window has expired!
