Amazon India — money loss if delivery fails, plus uncertain delivery | |||
During the last few months had gone through with some bitter experience with amazon. First, had ordered few food items which got cancelled by them after the money was deducted... The refund was promised after few days then these few days turned into months. When contacted, they ask anew for the order number, record of which had got lost due to formatting of the hard disk. Ordered gasman lpg regulator adapter for cylinder (Order#[protected] on august 10 but till today it was not delivered and when you track there we find fabricated excuses that customer rescheduled the delivery date, etc... Which isn't true as we have never been contacted. Once you order, you have to start praying for the order to reach, and reach on time. If something goes wrong, then forget about the money paid. When you chat, you get all the assurance of full support and of problem solving, but they turn just idle talks... Nevertheless, there were good deliveries as well, i had received things on time.
