Amazon India — Money not refunded for the products returned | |||
Sir It is very disappointing to know that a reputed online company like Amazon can be so careless and casual about refunding the money against the return of my 2 orders long back . Why is my money not being refunded when i have already returned the products long time back ? In the reply of my last mail your company promised to get back to me in short time but no message, phone call or response from your side i have received regarding the same till date.This kind of attitude with the customers is unacceptable.
