Amazon India — Money not refunded yet for the product which was not delievered. | |||||
On 21st August 2016, I placed an order for MOTO E 2nd Gen phone and paid the amount by credit card. However, I cancelled this order[protected]) the very next day since I had accidentally placed the order twice. However, Inspite of following up with amazon customer care there has not been any satisfactory resolution for my request. They have been requesting for tracking details which I didn't have since the product never reached my address. I want to go ahead and file a complaint for not sending any proper communication and closing the claim with the product vendor without informing me. Was this information helpful? | |||||
