Amazon India — Moto g 4th generation - need to return to amazon

Hi all, I had ordered and purchased a Moto G Plus 4th Generation Phone from Amazon (booked on 17th, rec'd on 21st Oct). Ever since that I have been having issues with the phone. At first, i noticed that it looked used or the screen guard had a lot of scratches (in a new phone?)< I had got back on 24th oct (monday) t o Amazon team for replacement and they had assured me the replacement on the chat (even commented that this time we will give a fresh phone). However, i considered this unnecessary as this was on the guard and could have happened in packing etc (this is the first time, i am going for online purchase) and very graciously went back to chat to say that i will keep the phone. All happy, or that's what i thought only to observe that the phone frequently display Moto (it was restarting every 3-5 minutes), I initially thought this was a screensaver, but it never was. II finally got back to Amazon after a week (31st October) and have done technical checks that they suggested from the phone, moved it to safe mode, (in safe mode also it restarted). Amazon says that they cannot refund nor replace and to contact the manufacturer. I could have gone for a phone straight from a store. I do not want this phone now, Amazon need not refund me nor replace the stuff. Just take it back

Kindly note that till date the complaint has not been taken by Amazon for the phone and nor have they updated to me in mail confirming anything I i have the chat transcript mailed to me by Rajalakshmi (hence i remember her name). The return or replacement time is till November 3rd.
Smart check done has also redirected me to Amazon after which i have called the Amazon toll free[protected]. The agent was vague and i have registered that in feedback.
Also, let me put in that i have been unable to make calls as they connect, however, i am not able to listen to the person at the other end. not rec'd the SMS on my phone until i went to the screen. I am not using the phone since yesterday, however, have not switched off and hence the phone sits there restarting away to glory. Now as i sit here waiting for some kind of confirmation, i tend to keep adding to the woes, most of which i have been accommodating. Attentions please Amazon.

Before someday i was purchased a T-shirt with amazon in its too big to me that's why i req to amazon for exchange it and before last 4 days your delivery boy didn't came at my home so i want exchange my product plss help
