Amazon India — Moto g turbo order cancelled (Rs-4999) | |||||
Order #[protected] Around 2 pm i booked the Moto G turbo from Amazon India and the order was confirmed. But when i checked the status of the order at evening around 6.30 it was cancelled. WIthout any notice they have cancelled the item. If it is out of stock they should mention it while booking. They should deliver items once confirmed. after that i send mail to cc they just "We regret to inform you that your order for Moto G Turbo (ASIN: B019FWXIX4) was processed at a discounted price due to a technical issue. As a result, the order will be automatically cancelled. " if order is automatically cancelled place it again? they cancelled orders and saying us it cancelled atomtically after that i tried to chat with them but after saying my problem they left chat window 2 time what we do now Was this information helpful? | |||||

I had ordered MOTO G Turbo on amazon.in @ Rs 4999 only by cash on delivery method. My order no is #[protected]. Now they are telling me that they can not deliver the product because if they deliver the product at the cost of Rs 4999 then their company will suffer from a huge loss of Rs 7500 per order. I have not cancelled my order . I want my product what I had ordered.
