Respected sir/madam
I rahul modi, registered e-mail id is modi. [protected]@yahoo.com, had purchased moto g4 mobile on 11th of august'2016. Since their was problem with the mobile & also it is not compatible as per the features shown, i demanded for refund but they refused to do so. After several call they just sticked to to their own words that it can only be replaced. Finally on 13th of august i asked them to place it on replacement and as per the conversation they assured me that it will be picked up by next day. Next day pick up was not done & again i placed the replacement from my mobile. Since then every day i am calling them but now one has come to pick up the consignment and they are harassing me like anything as they are not picking up the product and just re-scheduling it every time. I am totally irritated with this kind of service and the way they talk is beyond my expectation. They had just decided to trouble me in best way they can by not giving me the refund or replacement. Since i have paid for the same they are in relax mode my ignoring my concern and after so many intimation & call they have not done anything from their part other than harassing & troubling.
Kindly look into the matter and taken some strict action to make a fair outcome with what has happened till now.
