Amazon India — multiple defects in newly purchased kodak smart tv 32" | |||
Sir, i ordered a kodak brand 32"smart tv through amazon on 1 jun 19 (Vide order no.[protected] and i received the product on 10 jun 19. Since, day one tv set is not working properly and it has got multiple software defects causing its improper swiching on and off. Frequently tv set gets switch off by showing the display as"the machine has got serious damage"and"google play services are not working" etc... Its not switching easly and takes several minutes and then after some time it switched off. I made the complain earlier and asked amazon to return the product but they convinced me that soon some tecnician will resolve the problem but none attended the same. After that period i went on a long leave for one month to my native place so i could't follow the matter. Now, i m back to my workin place where i ordered this product so i want some solution by replacing this product with new one or refunding the full amount of rs. 10, 999/- if my problem is not resolved then i will b forced to go consumer court.
