I have order 1 portable washing maching which is non returnable but they deliver incomplete product that they are ready to exchange the same product and after that the product which receive is incomplete again that I call to customer service they return that product and say they are unable to exchange the product after that I ordered silver watch receive black watch fault is from amazon side than I have to exchange this product with the correct order after receive the correct order amazon hold my account and set auto cancellation for my account and the reason mentioned is it's a suspiuous order and the correct reason is amozon services are worst but they are blaming to customer for this and when I send an email to them they are not even revert on that mail and every time customer service team said we have to send an email they will only talk to their customer on mail how we will talk to them as they even don't be revert any mail or send any mail from their side
