I would like to complain against amazon.in for they late delivery at 11.19p.m night n also delaying delivery for more than 2 days despite taking prime membership n assuring 1 day delivery. On May 4th night around 11.19p.m the amazon delivery agent called me n asked me to come at a undisclosed location to collect my order citing reason that his tire is punctured. Being a women, due to safety and security reasons i said I cannot come at such late night to pick my order but he assured he will deliver the products on may 5th. Yet no delivery happened. I contacted their customer service through chat as well as calling them but none of them guaranteed delivery despite repeated requests and concerns about the urgency of the products. Yet amazon customer service didnt take any action took and asked me to wait another day for delivery. I ordered total 21 times worth more than 7k and Yet disappointed with their customer service. Plz help me in addressing this issue

    On 2nd may 2024 at 6:00 pm i made a payment of Rs 1000 through amazon pay but my payment didn't go through neither it gave me any receipt and instead my money was deducted from my account. So please kindly refund the money as soon as possible.

      I ordered a product but the Delivery guy cancelled my order on Date-29/04/24 i don't know why. I contacted the Amazon Support team but they keep telling me to re-order the product. First of all why would i re-order a product when i already ordered it before & got cancelled by your side and second thing is that the Price of the product is now increased from 699 Rupees to 999 Rupees so there is no chance that i am going to re-order it again.
      Kindly look into this matter & Provide me the product as soon as possible.

        I have followed up 20 times about this.My order was picked up on 14th april and despite numerous emails sent by them assuring a refund nothing has been done till now.I want my refund now.

          My name is Ravi Kant Vishwakarma.
          I had ordered a Mobile phone on amazon.in on[protected]Order No.[protected] and the delivery date was[protected]. The package was not delivered and they gave me false assurance that the same will be delivered on[protected]. Even their agent gave me false contact details of delivery agent and assured me for delivery on[protected]. The package was not delivered on[protected] and then they cancelled the order.
          On[protected] I had to order again the same Mobile phone on amazon.in (Order no.[protected] and the delivery date was[protected]. The package was not delivered and they are repeating the same scenario just like my previous order.
          I am fed up with their Harassment and False Assurance for last 13 days. And I am sure they will continue the same story same as my last order.
          I can't take it anymore and I need my full refund along with Compensation for mental Harassment for these days. Now I will have to buy my Phone in local market where the Price is more by Rs. 2000 to 2500. As per the amazon.in the MRP of the product is 10, 999 and they are giving discount of 34% which is not available in local market. Amazon must pay Compensation of minimum Rs. 2, 500.
          I am enclosing screenshot of Orders and False details by agent.

            I ordered a pen drive which was faulty on arrival.
            I requested for return and replacement.
            The replacement was due to be received on 16-Apr and same time return pick up was there.
            However despite 10 PM no one turned up.
            At 10:30 PM status shows delivered.
            I raised a complaint and they promised return and refund.
            But such instances are happening again and again with amazon. They are not particular about return and replacement.
            The promptness they show in delivery is nowhere found when it comes to return and replacement

              I had 39125.00 rupees in amazon pay wallet and not able to login to that account from this amount unauthorize transaction of 38800 rupees occurred twice Amazon's customer support representative canceled the transaction both the time, refund money to amazon pay balance mail too received, however after second transaction representative said for security and invitation purpose we are keeping your account on hold since then i am not able to login to my account.

                  Account closure and unable to get refunds

                  Hi,
                  I have placed 3 orders with Amazon on 11th April'2024, these were all prepaid orders with products mentioned as eligible for returns and exchange.

                  I received 3 items of the order on 13th April'2024 and when I was placing the return of the order that got accepted but thereafter I got the mail from Amazon that they closed my account due increase of returns/refunds.

                  Item is returnable within return window as per amazon policies.

                  We created Return Pickup many times within the return window. We are returning the item in its original condition. The ground team is not coming to pick it up and they are also not communicating with us. We have a right to get refund since its not our fault if ground team is not picking up the item.

                  Returns were created many times as under for the same product:

                  Return created for 4th april - No one came to pick up item.
                  Return created for 5th april - No one came to pick up item.
                  Return created again for 8th april by Customer care representative - No one came to pick up item. Also there was no communication from ground team. Customer Care representative told that they raised an investigation on ground team and asked us to wait till 14th april for refund. We also added our bank account as requested by customer care representative.
                  Return created again for 15th april by Customer representative since 14th was sunday - Customer care representative told us that we can call back to them again on 16th april and they shall issue refund anyhow if not picked up.

                  Then we contacted Customer care on 16th april and asked them to escalate return as my refund was being delayed.

                  On 16th april, we contacted customer care, and then all of a sudden their tone changed for this matter and they said that the return window has closed and so they cannot create any more returns.

                  Item return window was till 10th april, however we created return very early on 4th april.

                  Please note that we have created a return for this order number[protected] in good faith and well within the return window. Also the item is being returned in its original unused condition and have also taken lots and lots of follow-ups with customer care representative ON CALL, ALSO ALL OUR CALLS WITH AMAZON WERE ON RECORDED LINE AS PER AMAZON POLICIES which can be checked and verified any time by amazon. DESPITE ALL OUR CALLS WITH AMAZON WERE DULY RECORDED, WE AM CURRENTLY FACING THIS HARASSMENT BY CUSTOMER REPRESENTATIVE AND ACCOUNT SPECIALIST. We have already attached all proofs of so many returns created for the product but item never got picked up which is certainly not our fault.

                  All above details that we discussed with amazon on call were very well recorded by amazon and hence there is no scope of getting the return window closed for this order since all discussions were recorded.

                  PLEASE FIND ATTACHED ALL PROOFS OF ALL RETURNS CREATED FOR SO MANY DATES SINCE ITEM WAS NOT BEING PICKED UP. ATTACHMENTS ARE THE PROOF THAT RETURNS WERE CREATED WITHIN RETURN WINDOW.
                  We sincerely request you to get the item return picked up as early as possible and initiate a refund for the same.

                        I have ordered boat speaker on 7thoct 2023 order id is[protected] but received different product, so the return got picked up on 17th oct 2023. But now they are denying to give refund by saying we have received different product and correct product has been delivered to you. And the product got picked up after 3 days of investigation only.

                          I had sent an email (Image attached) complaining about the discrepancy viewed in my last Amazon Pay statement on 19th March, on the day I received my last monthly Amazon Pay statement, to [protected]@amazonpay.in

                          At the same time I had downloaded and filed your Customer Grievance Redressal Policy for Amazon Pay Wallet - Amazon Customer Service, in which it is clearly mentioned that your office should have got back to me within 5 working days. It is now well past 25 days, the time coming close to receiving my next Statement on the 19th and there has been total silence from your end.

                          Kindly look up your records (and working) and let me have a satisfactory resolution within the 3 working days your Policy specifies and redeem the efficacy of your service to customers; and I don't have to escalate this matter further to your Nodal Officer.

                            issue of receiving wrong items and lack of resolution

                            Introduction: I have been a customer of Amazon for quite some time, but unfortunately, my recent experiences have been far from satisfactory. Despite multiple attempts to address the issue, I have received the wrong item and placed replaced request too, with no resolution in sight.

                            Details of the Problem: On 10 April I have received items (One Iron Stick) that were completely different from what I had ordered (Bubble Wrap)....

                            I was told to enter the Amazon online Task Mall and I did all the Salary Task, I deposited R12700, then later deposited R26550 which in total is R605750 . I tried to withdraw some of my money, but it was useless. After filing complaints with no response, which made me seek the assistance of Rykabalan on telegram: @Rykabalan and i was able reach out to to them and also i see good reviews about them which led me to recovery my money from Amazon task mall . I never thought that there are still genuine recovery expert on the internet but to my greatest surprise I got my money recovered without wasting much time so if you are out there involve in Amazon of any amount, I would advise you to email Rykabalan via:( [protected]@gmail.com )

                              I had placed an order on Amazon on 28th March, 2023 (Order ID:[protected]) for 3 items.

                              The order was delivered to me on March 31st and the quality of it was so bad that the very next day I tried to place a return request for it but was unable to do so from my app so I called their customer care number and asked them to create a return request for me.

                              The executive I spoke to asked me what mode would I like the refund in and I specifically told him that I want the refund in my bank account. He said if a bank account is added I will get my refund in it, I told him I have added it. He checked it and to confirm he told me the last 3 digits of my account number and asked me to confirm if this is the account I want a refund in. I confirmed and said yes this is the account I want the refund in.

                              They said my refund of Rs. 661.29 will be processed after the pickup, the pick up happened and I returned the order in the condition I received it in. Now I waited for my refund, usually when the money is credited I get a message from my bank. I received no message.

                              Which led me to check my bank statement and I saw that I had not received the refund in my bank account. To check the status of my refund I went to the Amazon app and checked it and it was written that it will reflect in my account in 7 days but it had not come so I checked again for refund and I saw that they had refunded me the amount as an Amazon Pay Gift Card of Rs. 661.29. Even after telling them that I want the refund in my bank account, without my consent they refunded me the amount as a gift card to me.

                              I called them several times to resolve my issue and refund the amount to me in my bank account but they are saying that it is not possible to do so. At first they kept telling me that I will need to speak to this department that department and that I will get a call. On call they refused to transfer that amount to my account. I tried using that money to pay for my FastTag and to make a purchase but none of those methods worked and I was unable to use that refunded amount. Agitated at my lost money I demanded them to close my Amazon account in hopes that I will then get my refund in my account but they said that if I close my account that money will be gone and I will not receive it in my bank account.

                              Now I am here with with a refund gift card I am unable to use which is virtually useless and Amazon is saying we've refunded your money we can't do anything now. I am from a middle class family where every penny is very important and precious to make ends meet and Amazon is not willing to help me out or return my money.

                              I am deeply troubled by this issue and I am humbly requesting you to please help me with this issue and make them return the refund amount in my bank account please. I have recently been laid off and every penny is very important to me. Please I am requesting you with folded hands, help me get my refund back in my account.

                                Recently I ordered 2 packs of table tennis balls for Rs.766 and I paid it via my debit card.
                                But to my surprise I found that my account was debited twice. One for Rs.766 and the other for Rs.706
                                Therefore I cancelled my Oder.
                                Please help me.

                                  It took 8 hours for full charge. Mobile battery is 5000mAh 10W. How they supply less power charger 5.0V? They did not mention charger detail on their product post. Just said charger included. I was expecting faster charger. They did not publish online my preview.

                                    I have Order the product from Amazon on 31st March with fastest one day delivery option with extra Rs 99 /-, I havn't received product on April 1st and I have contacted delivery agent multiple time and has No response from him, Then I have contact customer support then informed me that I need to wait till 10 PM to get my delivery as delivery agent ne near my location.
                                    I haven't received my product and again I have contacted customer support then they have rescheduled my delivery to next day morning hours .
                                    Next day April 2nd I have waited till 10PM and I haven't received the product. I have reached Delivery agent on phone he has answered and cut me off in middle and later he was not answering my call. I have reached out to customer support again and they told that I will receive the product for sure by 4th April, While I am on call with customer support I have received notification that product is delivered and handed to resident.
                                    I haven't received product and any update from customer support .
                                    I have reached out to customer support multiple times and they are not giving any relevant information .
