Amazon India — My order got cancelled without my knowledge | |||
Hi Team, My Sister Sandhya Order for Skirt for her friend Kid Birthday on 14th Oct and we haven't received yet. Today its 31st Oct and we have been following this up with Amazon Customer care for multiple times and yesterday we got confirmation that the order cancelled for because the Order got damaged. We got this update only after we call customer care yesterday ( 30th Oct ). On Thursday, we called customer care and they said it will get delivered on Friday and it is not yet delivered.
