Amazon India — my refund will not transfer in my account

In my account amazon transfer 6000 rupees but it is not showing in my account my account number is:[protected] and my debit card number is [protected] and my mobile number is [protected].
Through amazon they are provided me reference number is[protected] and my amount till now not came in my account. They are transfer 6/11/2018 still it is pending and not showing in my account.
