Amazon India — negligence by amazon. | |||||
Good day, I had complained against a delivery agent (Mr. Suraj mali) for his unprofessional behavior and harassment. I requested amazon to not send the same delivery agent to my address to which they acknowledged and confirmed that the same agent would not be sent to my residence as it was a security issue. I made it very clear that i do not feel safe with the particular agent because earlier he tried to enter my premises even after me telling him i am not at home. I had to ask my guards to stop him. The very next day the same agent comes with another package of mine. On calling customer care they did not provide with a proper solution. They just kept saying the matter has been escalated and investigation from back office will be done. I receive rude phone calls from the courier team (Mrs. Anu sangole). She talks to me as if i am a criminal. Does not identify herself and is very uncourteous. I want an explanation and want to amazon to guarantee/ take responsibility that the courier facility/team/ department does not hold a grudge against me for above complaints filed and all my future products are protected against tampering. Mrs. Anu sangole needs to be coached on how to talk to a customer and the need for identifying her self.
