Amazon India — neither delivering product nor returning total amount | |||||
I palced an order on amazon 16/09/2018 order id[protected] amazon offered some cashback from amazon in amazon pay account. Till now i didn’t get the product. It is showing as lost while shipping but when i am claiming refund amazon is saying they will not deduct the cashback from amazon pay balance instead they will deduct from the actual amount to be refund in my bank. Why should i keep my money in amazon without any interest when it is a when they are unable to deliver the product? Was this information helpful? | |||||
