Amazon India — Never refund | |||
I made an online transaction on 15/1/2017 in Amazon. The order was canceled because of some reason. The payment amount still not credited in my account. I called the customer service of Amazon and they told me to register a complaint. I am sending a copy of the message they sent me, Your Amazon.in Order #[protected] 11:20 02/04 Hello, This E-mail is regarding of our recent phone conversation for the order #[protected] Please contact the customer care department of your bank for more information about your refund. If you still don't see your refund, please contact your bank and dispute the transaction as "refund never processed." At that time, they'll see a pending refund and will follow the path back to our payment processor to locate the refund. Note: Remember that you will have to call your bank’s customer care center and not visit the branch for this update. I realize that, at this point of time asking you to contact bank again would be disappointing, but in a situation like this, it is very important for us that, we provide you with accurate and expedient resolution and I find that this is the best way to be certain that your query is resolved more appropriately.
