Amazon India — no agent transfer option on amazon ivr or no communication email to contact amazon team | |||
I have purchased Sandisk Pen Drive on 11 May 2017 and within 3 months it has corrupted from that day I want to reach to amazon customer care via IVR but no option to tranfer call to agent to register the complain product. Pen Drive is under 5 years warranty and not able to contact them. As per TRAI mandate agent transfer option should be there on IVR but not present. I faced first time worst service from amazon in last 3 years. Was this information helpful? | |||
