Amazon India — No got proper answer

vipul dholariya on Sep 30, 2015 I have place a order on 27 Sep but I still not received the product. Now they tell us it is not possible to deliver.. My question is if they unable to deliver a product then why they waste the long time from 27 Sep . My order number is Order ID #[protected].
