Please refer my order no[protected] dated 23rd june 2020 for edgemeter home appliances indoor cloth dryer 56 feet
The item was supplied during last week of june but packing was opened on 02nd july to assemble the rack considering the covid 19 precautions. While assembling following were noticed
1. 11 pieces of rod received in place of 12
2. Some design/manufacturing defect in fitting of rod in base hole
Four times i took a pick up schedule from your customer service and almost all the time your courier agency cancelled the pick up without coming and seeing the item on the pretext that pick up was not ready
I have approached through e mail also but all in vain.
Considering our old association and your consumer-friendly approach in past may i request to ensure picking up the item by your representative having a positive and helping attitude or return the full amount paid Was this information helpful? |
