I return my product with order id[protected] on 11th dec2022 . It’s 20th Jan and still no refund .
I was issued a cheque on 14th dec with incomplete name so I requested for cancellation everytime I call up I have been asked to wait for 4-5 days and the moment the timeline is over they again ask me to wait 4-5 days . It’s 40days just doing that . I have messages from their executives assuring me that the refund will b done within certain day and the next executive tells sorry again u have to wait 4-5days .
This problem seems to hv to end .
I had been an Amazon fan for years now but I think will be forced to purse this issue legally in consumer court . Was this information helpful? |
