Amazon India — No Refund for almost two Months ORDER #[protected] | |||
This is regarding the Order No : ORDER #[protected] there is no refund for almost two months now. I believe this a new policy from the Amazon that you frustrate the customer and then keep no option to the customer to opt for the GIFT CARD only this is the new strategy by Amazon. so please be aware. I will explain you the whole scenario. 1) I order a product from a re-seller and then receiving the wrong product after a long wait of two weeks. 2) then i had to struggle to sent the product back but there was no pick up arranged, i had to send it by myself by courier which was in the end of Oct 3) after that i am struggle to get my refund from the Seller and received the payment of Courier that to after multiple calls and mails. This is just pathetic, even customer service is horrible and i now beilieve that this is the new strategy opted by Amazon to fool the customer by keep their money and instead giving them Gift Card instead.
