Amazon India — No response from Appario Retail

I was interested in a product for which the exact version number of the product is not mentioned on the product page on Amazon India website.

The product is being sold by seller named Apprio Retail.
So I wrote a message to them thru Amazon and despite 4 days gone there's no response.

When I contacted Amazon I came to know that they have no process to address such issues when sellers do not respond. They do not have seller email / contact or any process to communicate with them.
Amazon also does not have any process to audit sellers.

It's better to buy from local vendors who help you with all information and you get to see the product upfront before purchase.

Updated by diff_2013 Still no response from Amazon or seller Apprio Retail. I still have not placed my order. Looks like local shops is a better option!

Updated by diff_2013 It's almost 3 weeks gone by and still seller Apprio Retail is not at all responding. I am sure they are hiding something!

Updated by diff_2013 Till date seller does not feel the need to respond and I also do not feel any need to place my order with that seller Apprio retail.
