Amazon India — no update on returns and refunds | |||||
I bought a laptop worth rs 1, 08, 500 from amazon india on 24th dec, 2018. This was a defective item so i returned it back to them on 27th dec, 2018. Its been so many days since but there is no update from their side about the return and refund. I have been calling them every working day about the refund and i get to hear the same thing everyday that your refund is processed and you will get within 2-3 working days. I have waited for so many days and still when i call them they say you will get in 3 working days. No body cares and working on this issue. Please help. Was this information helpful? | |||||

I am using an amazon account, recently added some amount into the account, now wanted to transfer the same amount to get transferred into the source account, despite making phone calls to customer care I am not able to do so
