Amazon India — Non committed seller - the authorised store

I refer to seller The Authorised Store on Amazon India. M/S AGARWAL COLLECTIONS
They sell laptops.

I have a few pre-sales queries on the products available for sell from them on Amazon.
Thru amazon messaging system I wrote several queries to them.
I have been following-up for last 8 - 10 days but they are not responding.

I brought it to notice of Amazon agent but they gave scripted responses.
Seller The Authorised Store does not appear committed to meet customer expectations.
Be careful while buying from them.
