original delivery was supposed to happen by 26th July, not received the product yet(3rd august). No update on delivery tracking from amazon or their delivery partners. Since I did not get the delivery on Tuesday 26th July I had requested the delivery to be re-sceduled to 30th July 2022. Since 30th July Amazon has been pushing the delivery date by a day everyday. On 2nd August I was assured of the delivery by 3rd August(today) yet I have not received any update on tracking or delivery. I am attaching a screenshot of my chat with where the executive assured me of delivery by today. Today since I did not receive any updates I connected with them again, thats when they said now wait till 5th August so I requested for cancelation of order but their customer care team are not doing that and saying that wait for an update till 5th August. Since 30th July they are just telling me to wait for an update every day.
