Amazon India — non delivery of items bought in amazon | |||
Sir, I have been the amazon customer for a long time and have ordered many items but on two occasions your courier service have failed to delivery the ordered goods to me. The latest being today, when your designated courier called me and asked me to come to their location to get the ordered item, which is Cubix Lapdesk for laptops with Order #[protected]. This is simply outrageous as we order for door to door delivery. Please do the needful. I hope my complain will be duly and efficiently addressed.
