Issue with the orders:
The original contact no given at the time of order([protected]) was no more functional and I updated it on the website a personally contacted their customer representatives to update it for the order itself.
I admit that it was my mistake not to check the contact no before placing the order, but as soon as I realized that(before the product was dispatched from their local facilities) I corrected it.
But on each delivery attempt I got same message that delivery was attempted but we were unable to reach the consignee.
Truth is I was never contacted on my new no.
This thing is getting repeated for the pas 6-7 days, I've contacted 7-8 different guys from amazon support staff, every one assures me that tomorrow you will get your order but I receive same consignee not available message after every attempt.
I've wasted so much time(12-15 hrs) over mail, chat, telephonic call with their support staff, have done all I can do, followed up like anything(all the things which they should have done after giving their words that my issue is resolved, please wait till tomorrow).
I feel cheated and looted, I'm being harassed by amazon.
Refund is not the solution, that I could have got at anytime by just clicking one return/cancel button on the website, my issue is with the value of my precious time I wasted, the value of my enthusiasm with which I placed the order. Amazon have made fun of a common consumer. We being at the consumer end don't have enough options at our disposal to cater such situations. I too would have left it, but not after so much mockery of me(the consumer), not after repeated incidents(same case with my previous order too).
Please address my issue to make these e-commerce giants realize that Indian consumers are not alone to be exploited)
