Dear sirs, I am really unhappy with the non delivery and refund of my product, inspite of the personnel contacting the undersigned and getting directions. No attempt was made subsequently. Then w i saw the message stating about the refund. Looks like somebody goofed up and i have to pay for it. Can you send the product again. You are requested and required to provide us with the correct order ID as found on the tax invoice issued by the independent third party seller or in the alternate provide us with the mobile number and email address used at the time of inception of the amazon.in account. We shall hold your complaint in abeyance till we hear from you with the above particulars and shall appreciate an early revert. Further, it is submitted that our role is limited to that of an intermediary and we are not the seller/manufacturer of the products listed on our Website.
